The grinder works well to remove gear shift. Of course, this happened six months to one year warranty. I called Fellowes, to see if I could buy new gear, but have been told parts are not available.

After messing around with two low-cost shredder, I bit 'the bullet and instead has. It's great. It's good work. It is very quiet. My only small complaint, is bigger, I thought it would. This with a bigger engine and more room for the results very small fragments should be expected. Very happy. The price was great.

I am CEO of the company. I bought a shredder for our office. And 'the best of shredding that I have ever owned – period! I have a number of pressing both at home and office and the MS-460Cs shredder is quiet, well built and had pieces of paper scraps of paper. You could really shred 10 sheets at a time without stress on the engine. The paper, if so thin that we do not need, which has been empty for weeks – unlike other shredders I've heard that often seem to be emptied.
